Everyone goes through the assessment process, whether we’ve known them for years or they’re new. Every project is different and team fit can be as important as talent, so the pre-screening process needs to be refined.
You get the cherry picked CVs and choose who to interview and to what level – deep tech testing or casual chats. We’re on hand for any advice, but the process is in your hands.
Goal: You’re happy with your hires.
That’s it – you’re on. If we found the people you need, you’ve checked our work and made your own decisions – it’s time to hire.
Goal: Finalise the contracts and set the dates. We’ll do everything we can to get the new team ready to hit the ground running.
Our support continues for the life of the contracts.
Ongoing Support
Once your new hire is in place, they’ll report directly to someone in your company. You’re in full control, while we stay in the background ready to assist if needed—kind of like a great concierge.
We don’t just set and forget. Need help sourcing hardware or in-country logistical support? We’re here for that too.
Your new team is our priority, and we’re just a call away if you need anything.
