Founded by Steve and Andy, two “seasoned” (to say the least) pros from different sides of the same tech coin, we help UK businesses build and augment tech teams over in the sunny, and incredibly smart, Philippines.
Steve started in tech 25 years ago as a developer, founded his own dev agency and ran a couple of his own tech businesses.
Eventually the penny dropped and he saw the issues with trying to find and retain top tier talent in the UK…
…and along came Andy who, already living in Manila, worked with Steve to put together a team there.
And now? We’ve rolled up all our expertise and experience to enable UK companies to benefit in the same way we have (and do!)
Based in the UK, and with over 25 years of experience as a CTO, Solutions Architect, and Software Developer, Steve brings an in-depth understanding of the technology world. Steve founded his own development agency, White Cobalt and for years, stuck to his roots, building a local team in the UK. Steve knows what teams really need and the people to task.
Based in Manila, Andy has over 20 years experience in IT recruitment. An expert in recruiting and running remote teams. An experienced head hunter who relocated many moons ago, Andy’s an expert in navigating the complexities of hiring and looking after teams in the Philippines. Andy helps us find the right candidates for our clients and in short, makes sure all the clocks run on time.
Based in the UK, Chris has 30 years experience in both technology and marketing in Europe, the US and Japan.
