After years of scaling development teams in the real-world, we experienced, first-hand, the limitations of traditional hiring. Recruitment in the UK became increasingly difficult, while building teams overseas revealed a different set of challenges.
When we hired overseas developers, we found there needed to be clear structure, onboarding and alignment to the organisation. Originally from Leeds, now based in Manila, Andy has over 20 years’ experience in IT recruitment. An experienced head hunter who relocated many moons ago, he’s an expert in navigating the complexities of hiring and looking after teams in the Philippines. As our man on the ground in Manila, Andy finds the right candidates for our clients and keeps everything running smoothly day to day.
